Born and raised in Los Angeles, Mark has carved out a unique niche in real estate by integrating both skilled management and “project specific” capital improvements to maximize every benefit in a real estate asset. Whether it is has been a condo, single family home, 12-unit apartment complex, 200 multi-family asset or national credit tenants such as 24-Hour Fitness and CVS Pharmacy, for over 20 years Mark has positioned real estate investments to maximize profits in both revenue and equity positions.

With a degree in Marketing from Pepperdine University, and over 20 years of real estate experience as a Broker-Realtor, Mark discovered early on the importance of customer service, identifying key factors and advising clients “best position” in every real estate transaction he has participated in.
